## Safety constraints

- The operator creates, installs, and controls the Discord bot
- Keep tokens in a caller-owned environment or protected file, never a static host configuration
- Keep initial setup read-only and never grant Administrator
- A local policy, Discord permission, interactive approval, and reviewed plan are independent gates
- Discord content, names, profiles, topics, URLs, and audit reasons are not persisted
- Catalog inspection requires no credential and cannot execute a tool or contact Discord
